We are selectively hiring both gay and gay-friendly agents to serve client needs all over the New York Metropolitan area, including Westchester County, the NYC boroughs, Long Island, the northern suburbs, and western Connecticut. We carefully vet agents for professional standards, honor, and respect.  We happily welcome newer agents seeking training and guidance, and experienced agents looking for a better place to work.

We offer administrative support, help with growing your business, healthy splits, guidance, mentoring, a positive atmosphere, access to the broker, superior technology resources, and pasta. There is no floor time, no quotas, no rah rah meetings, and no nickel and dime fees which erode paychecks.
